TELECOM World 2003 Opening Ceremony visits WeRoam®


The official VIP and Press tour of the TELECOM World 2003 Opening Ceremony visited the WeRoam® booth on their way through the Swiss Pavilion on the inaugural day.

Walter Heutschi, President of TOGEWA Holding and Geraldine Philippe, Head of Legal TOGEWA Holding personally welcomed King Juan Carlos of Spain, Pascal Couchepin, President of the Swiss Federation and Yoshio Utsumi, Secretary General ITU and the host at the Swiss Pavilion Marc Furrer, Director OFCOM Switzerland. Walter Heutschi was invited to present the TOGEWA COMPANIES what he did in his well-known typical words rich of gestures pointing out the achievements and leading position of the groups companies. In the following motivated conversation different topics of today’s mobile communication business were touched and the delegation expressed their recognition to the representatives of TOGEWA.

The visitors bid their farewell wishing a successful exhibition and prosperous business for the TOGEWA Holding.

TELECOM World doors are open to public from Sunday 12 until Saturday 18 October 2003. The WeRoam® booth 4241.005 is situated in the Swiss Pavilion in Hall 4 where all services of the WLAN Roaming platform can be seen live and are in addition also used by all exhibitors of the Swiss Pavilion.
